Free From + Allergy Show

this spring, a new holistic health and wellbeing event, offering a wealth of resources, products, and expertise, is heading to sydney for the first time.

From Saturday 21 to Sunday 22 October, the Free From + Allergy Show will transform the International Convention & Exhibition Centre into a sprawling wonderland of the latest and greatest food, beauty, and lifestyle products and services for Aussies seeking a healthier lifestyle or managing allergy, dietary preferences, restrictions, or intolerances.

From vegan to gluten free, FODMAP, dairy free, and beyond, the Show’s program has everyone covered.

Showgoers will even be treated to free daily talks in the Learning Theatre from industry experts, including:

• Eddie Woo, acclaimed secondary school mathematics teacher and Charity Ambassador for ausEE
