Step into spring with a retreat grounded in the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda—carefully designed to help activate your body’s natural healing processes. This three night experience weaves together gentle yoga, nourishing seasonal cuisine and daily ayurvedic rituals to revitalise energy, support digestion and soothe the soul.

Across your stay, you will deepen your understanding of Ayurvedic living with Farida Irani, Ayurveda practitioner and Founder of Subtle Energies and Ayurvedic Yoga Australia. You  will also have the chance to participate in a hands-on, medicinal spice-blending workshop and watch an Ayurvedic cooking demonstration.

Traditional Ayurvedic practices such as early rising, dry brushing and energising sun salutations will help eliminate excess Kapha from the body—inviting in clarity, lightness, and renewed vitality.

To ensure we’re able to usher your body back into balance, caffeine beverages will be served until 11:30am, so caffeine drinkers will not have the side effects of detoxing. A balanced wholefoods diet, based on vegetables and fish will be served, with vegan and vegetarian options available.
