Pure Aloha Yoga

Must try

Pure Aloha Yoga

This is a Must Do when you visit the Gold Coast – Pure Aloha Yoga with the amazing, beautiful soul that is Sarni’a. It’s actually Yoga on a Stand Up Paddle Board among the mangroves of Tallebudgera Creek. The perfect Storm of  Yoga, SUP, water, nature and sunrise.

You meet Sarni’a at Kevin Gates Park in Burleigh Heads. If you don’t have your own board, you can hire one of Sarni’a’s. You then paddle out from the boat ramp, on the turquoise morning sun-kissed waters up to the fringe of the mangroves. You may accidentally take a dip, depending on how calm the water is and whether you have good balance or not. Regardless, the water is welcoming and falling off is always fun.
