Chuan Spa

Chuan Spa

From the moment you step through the doors at Chaun Spa, situated in the Langham Hotel, your parasympathetic nervous system kicks in. Heart rate drops, body relaxes and stress starts to ease.

The Chuan Spa takes a holistic approach to wellness embracing the centuries-old healing philosophies of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), as well as the principles of the Five Elements. After finding your element, the therapist designs a personalised wellness journey to restore balance. From the specific massage oil and techniques that focus on the acupressure points along the body’s meridian system to the post treatment tea. Every step is catered to what the body needs at the time of the treatment.

The Spa design supports their approach to wellness, with Feng Shui-inspired interiors that gently nurture your Jing (life force), Qi (vital energy) and Shen (mind and spirit). Like an ancient Chinese garden, you are welcomed by water streams, inspiring artworks, and fragrant aromas. So many attributes to make your treatment memorable.

O’reilly’s Lost World Spa

O’Reilly’s Lost World Spa

A must to add onto your O’Reillys visit and a great post Lamington National Park hike treat (the Spa actually looks over the park). Make sure you have time to enjoy a steam and sauna before your treatment to make the most of the spa facilities.

We recommend the Therapeutic Moor Mud Wrap. The scientifically-proven holistic, healing black magma dates back to ancient civilizations. This warm aromatic moor mud rich in natural vitamins, minerals and enzymes – is generously applied to the entire body. Sore muscles, aches, and pains evaporate.

One Spa At Racv Royal Pines Resort

One Spa

This Spa at the RACV Royal Pines Resort is so so unique. Its glamping meets whimsical fairyland. But don’t let the light, airy ambiance fool you – as the treatments are loaded with solid substance.

We are going to go out on a limb and say it is the best body scrub, mud wrap, massage, facial combo we have ever had in Australia.

The genius of this treatment is that after a thorough salt scrub, it is left on, and luscious, rich mud applied over the top. The mud dissolves the salt and the therapist cleverly massages it all over the body! To fully activate the mud, you are wrapped tight in a warm blanket and while it is left to do its thing, enjoy a lovely scalp, head and neck massage. A soothing soft rainwater shower removes the mud , then allow your body to soak up a lovely body butter expertly massaged into the skin.
